Collection. The collector walks the shadow stack, marks all reachable objects, then sweeps unmarked objects and frees their memory. The allocation threshold grows after each cycle to avoid excessive collection.
Features for anybody that isn’t me: no toggle switches, all preferences are hard-coded into the editor.

This mouse’s shape is over two decades old. In the interim, mouse ergonomics have advanced a lot. Because of that, I don’t think it’s realistic to hold this design to the standards of today.
